Easy to book an appointment. Great customer service. I needed my dock ramp fixed and the owner came and fixed it for me. I am glad to see a locally owned company that is a family business.
These guys are life savers! My husband brought my garage door down on the garbage can, damaged my door, and couldn't fix it. I called another company and they told me I needed a new door and opener. My neighbor suggested I call these guys because they repair the doors at their warehouse in Chilliwack. They were able to safely repair my door and save me a ton of money. They also adjusted the opener and tested the safety eyes. Totally professional and not so bad to look at either (even with masks on)!
Called these guys on a Friday afternoon to get a broken door closed for the weekend after the company we normally use said they wouldn’t be Able to get here for a week. they had a tech arrive in a couple hours from when I called and got the door secure . They came back on the Monday and got it working as good as new , and when I asked them to go over our other doors they were able to provide me a list of deficiencies that I needed to address , including fixing shoddy repairs the other company had done .
