Highly recommend Assend if you looking to improve your health and fitness with a personalized plan in a professional atmosphere.

(August 28, 2020, 7:40 pm)Taking the first step and contacting Ascend was a very difficult decision, but it was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I initially signed up for three months just to see how I liked it. Eight years later I’m still here. Part of what has kept me here is the knowledgeable, dedicated and caring coaching staff. This is not a place where you are all alone doing your own workout on a machine. You are always under the care and supervision of a coach. This is not a one size fits all kind of gym. If you are afraid to join a gym because you think you are too old, overweight, out of shape, don’t have the right clothes, hate exercise or any other reason then Ascend is the place for you. Ascend seems to attract the best clients. Even though everyone is at a different fitness level I have never seen anything other than encouragement and praise from anyone. Joining Ascend has been a life changing experience for me.

(May 13, 2019, 9:55 pm)Ascend Fitness really helped me in my recovery following a major ankle break. The trainers were so great at supporting me with alternate positioning while I regained strength and agility. What a fantastic environment to get and be healthy in. So much more than just a workout.
