(August 28, 2018, 10:34 pm)The RBC branch Highstreet Mall location is a nice new building, very open and inviting. I have had many meetings with investment advisers and Mortgage specialists. This is a nice place to go to for a meeting and is easy to get to (right off the freeway). The counter staff aren't the most up beat and enthusiastic, however they get done what I came there to do most of the time. Sometimes it can be extremely slow up at the counter without much reason for there to be, I have walked out of the line before. But this could be a similar issue with any bank.
