  Excellent service. Whether it's the guys in the shop or behind the counter, BCC has a lot of knowledge and skill in what they do.
  Very happy with my install and the time from mike and taran to select and order each piece.
  First time customer. I shopped around to find very competitive pricing with other 4x4 shops. It was the customer service and superior product knowledge that made me a customer.
  Wouldn't think about what parts or service shop i go to with my toyota again.
  BCC, ill be back.

  Although they did a decent job on the custom build of my truck, and Taran is a nice fellow to deal with, recent dealings have caused me to revise my view slightly. I ordered some plastic spare parts for my truck. Despite several reminders to place the order and repeated requests for a price, I was then charged $200 plus tax for two pieces that each amount material-wise to little more than a liner for a plastic cup holder. When I objected I was told abruptly to take my business elsewhere. This after dropping about 100 grand on my build a few months earlier. Not sure I can ever recommend them, as it’s clear they overcharge their customers; moreover customers are viewed as necessary ($$$) but otherwise incidental. They do good quality work but throw around charges recklessly. Think twice and shop around. Caveat emptor. Update to my review: I sincerely wish Taran had taken as much care into treating me fairly as he did composing his response to this review; in reading some of the other reviews it's clear to me that I'm onto something. Taran, I wish you all the success, but you need a slight attitude adjustment. Hint: Don't piss off your customers. Moreover, you are here to SERVE. Do that unfailingly, and you will have the success you crave, and because I like you AND I feel you deserve the success. As for swearing, after dropping the money I did I have f-in well earned it.   Every time I buy anything from Big Country Customs not only do I get great prices on products normally only found online or out of the States but I get unreal service and technical knowledge that simply doesn't exist anywhere else. These guys are the real deal and I would recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, honest value minded service!

  Great experience dealing with Big Country Customs. Taran was kind enough to answer questions and concerns promptly via Messenger and he fit my truck in last minute for an appointment the next day. Would recommend and will go back for my next project.
