  Ken’s troubleshooting suggestions over the phone were generous and helpful for finding a fix for both a fridge and washing machine repair. Highly recommend

  Was able to come within the hour and in less than 30 minutes of being in my apartment the fridge was repaired. It's still working so his repair did the job and I am happy and my food is cold.

  Best appliance repair person I’ve ever seen or heard of. He was extremely helpful & explained everything. Extremely fair prices & excellent work. Will always call Ken to fix any appliances if they breakdown again & recommend Ken to anyone who needs appliance repair!!

  My 75 year old mother wrote this out on paper and asked me to post this. "Absolutely incredible service! I was certain our 2 year old fridge was going to explode. When I called Ken he gently calmed my troubled old mind and instructed us how to fix the fridge. It would have been easy for him to come out, perform the easy procedure and charge us for a service call. he chose to reach out and help and we are grateful." Ken, you are the type of person we need more of in the world. Thanks for treating my folks with respect and care.
