By 7 AM on Saturday, they answered positively saying they had someone to fix my freezer which was broken. I'm satisfied with the result and prompt service, so I'll definitely recommend the company to my friends

Their technician Calvin understood this and very sweetly explained the entire issue and the solution before taking my permission and getting to work.
