(March 22, 2021, 12:28 am)sandeep is so personable and knowledgeable. not only did he help me with exercises, he gave me great general life advice and lifting tips. i really think he was the one who helped me the most during my recovery. he goes very in depth and is extremely thorough with what he does. would absolutely recommend him to anyone, as he’s great at what he does and a dope guy all in all.

(January 3, 2021, 10:03 pm)I have just completed a 12 week rehab program with Sandeep and it has made such a huge difference to my mobility. I have been suffering with bad hips and pain issues from other injuries for the last few years. I had worked up to a good level but I was injured at work last year and never got back to my pre-injury level of activity. Growing increasingly frustrated and somewhat bitter with the situation, Sandeep was recommended to me and I am so glad I made the call. I feel so much improvement and look forward to resuming a fully active lifestyle again. Excited to be able to work my way back to my previous level of activity. I would recommend his services to anyone. He is professional, punctual and dedicated to your best possible outcome and improved quality of life.

(September 18, 2020, 11:31 pm)Sandeep is very thorough with his assessment/treatment and has helped me recover from hip and knee pain from an accident. He goes the extra mile to explain what needs to be worked on and structures a plan specific to you for recovery. Would definitely recommend!!

After a thorough assessment, he will construct a treatment plan based on your individual needs. I've been struggling with my injury for a year but just after a few sessions with Sandeep, I noticed remarkable improvement! 10/10 recommend :D
