(July 12, 2021, 5:57 pm)I gave the guys a call when our dryer went down, not expecting to get a same-day appointment, but the response time was awesome. Nick came over to our home to do a diagnostic check, he was honest & up front about what needed to happen, he was professional and efficient, and literally exhausted all avenues trying to get our dryer up & running. We ended up having to replace the dryer but it was only after Nick tried everything he could for us, including phoning the supplier directly and trying to get answers. I would definitely call these guys again if we run into any other appliance problems.

Nick was a great technician - he kept me in the loop on what was wrong and helped keep costs down, gave me some good maintenance tips, and was very personable.
I'd come back here for repairs in the future for sure. -
