His team set up a online collaboration centre so when listings came on the market within our price range that met our needs we were immediately notified. Curtis was quick to respond to any questions we had and quick to set up appointments/viewings we wanted at times that were convenient for us. Curtis set reasonable expectations and gave the best advice that landed us the property that we wanted, for the price we wanted to pay. His commitment to his clients continues after the accepted offer where he addresses all stresses and makes the process so easy and re-assuring. It has been such a seamless transaction using Curtis as our agent. Will continue to use Curtis for any real estate transactions in the future.
