Midtown Club Suites

I lived here for about a year and it was great! Modern, clean and so well taken care of. Jennifer (leasing manager) and Roger (maintenance manager) are so nice and truly care about the property! Any issues I had (hardly any) were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I 100% recommend this place for renting, especially because it’s so hard to find such kind and attentive landlords/property managers.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our wonderful 2yr. stay at Midtown. Always feeling safe and secure. Our suite was absolutely amazing. Lots of natural bright light, very spacious and modern. Looking out on our balcony at the beautiful landscape and very well maintained property. The building was very well taken care of very organized and always very clean. Jennifer the building manager is definitely the BEST we have ever met!! She truly cares, always very friendly, personable and accommodating. Roger is the building maintenance man. He’s very friendly and caring. Excellent at making sure to promptly respond to any requests given keeping you updated. Jennifer and Roger are a great professional team and deserve beyond words of praise for all they do. They are always continuously making you feel very welcomed and cared for. My daughter and I truly appreciated everything and highly recommend living at Midtown as this is a wonderful place to live!!

I’ve lived at Midtown since it opened in 2018, and it is by far the best rental I’ve ever been in. The team at Midtown Club Suites goes above and beyond to make the building a great place to live. Whether that be by keeping the common areas ultra clean, or by just being a friendly face, the team here is really unlike any other. Jennifer and Roger truly care about their residents and their work ethic speaks for itself. If you’re looking for a rental with management that actually cares, Midtown is the place for you.

My sister and I rented our first apartments at Midtown for 2 years and recently moved out. Jennifer, the building manager, was always so friendly, personable, and accommodating with us. Jen and the other staff were very helpful and prompt with any questions or concerns that came up! The property was always well maintained and the suites were excellent! Noise levels were low for the most part.

I cannot say enough good things about this rental building, but I will try to quantify it. First off, the location is excellent. It is quickly accessible to a major highway, has almost all of the amenities you need in the plaza right behind the building and what the plaza doesn’t have (really it’s only lacking a grocery store) can be found within a 10 minute walk. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Abbotsford and is also near a Walmart. The building itself is well-kept, immaculate really. There are regular cleaners in the communal areas and regular landscaping for the outside. If something needs maintenance or repair in your unit, there is a maintenance worker to fix it for you, always in a very timely manner. The leasing manager, Jennifer, is amazing! I find she is always very prompt in addressing any questions I have had and is EXTREMELY pleasant. She always has a hello for you and makes it feel like a community (but not in an over involved way). You can tell she really cares about the building and the people who live there. There is assigned parking in the garage, a parking lot for visitor parking and on-road parking as well. The layout of the unit I rent is well laid out and there are plenty of outlets. There is a walk-in closet and plenty of storage (there are no storage lockers). I believe this is the standard for most unit styles. The balcony is a great size and I never hear from my neighbours (occasionally something from above, but that is to be expected in apartment/condo living and I would say it’s minimal so they did a really good job with soundproofing). Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to a prospective renter.
