I’ve been going to Krish for the past few years. As a service member, we put our bodies through rigorous training. From basic training through to my posting to an Infantry Battalion. I can confidently say that Krish’s methods have been a staple in my physical fitness regiment and has helped me accelerate my recovery time from various injuries, in addition to teaching me prevention techniques. I walked in to see Krish today barely being able to walk, my hip flexor somewhat strained. I left still with a slight limp, but HOURS later feeling like I was able to run a marathon. He is the most knowledgeable and professional individual in this field, not only treating the injuries but informing you how to rehabilitate and get yourself back to full speed. Best in the business, and been a pleasure watching this young man on the come up!

I've been in to see Krish for back and hamstring issues. He uses a variety of therapy techniques to relieve the pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone feeling any discomfort.

Krish knows what he's doing and is an overall awesome person to trust whatever issue your facing with. He's professional, compassionate and has what seems like a endless supply of knowledge/advice to share. This guy knows his stuff. Ive tried different treatment for my traps and Krish has been the best yet. Asked me a few questions, he explained what I was suffering from, treated it and told me what to do going forward to help the recovery.
