  I would like to thank Jason and his staff for the way they handled our roof repair. In 2017 I tore the roof by snagging a tree limb and through insurance Get-Away RV replaced it. In the fall of 2018 I had a leak and a mysterious cut near the front of the roof. I called Jason and made an appointment. After a week in the shop Jason called and said it was ready for pickup. I met with Jason to discuss the billing and to my amazement No Charge...! Jason felt there was an issue with the caulking when the new roof was installed, so they re-caulked all the seams and vents plus patched the cut. I couldn't be happier, Thank you to Jason and his staff at Get-Away RV Center.

  The staff here were friendly and very helpful. I had a broken rivet in my snowshoe and none of the outdoor shops could help me repair it. I stopped in at Getaway on a whim to see if they had riveting supplies and perhaps I could hire them to repair my shoe. They indeed helped me fix it, and did so at no charge even though I am not a regular customer of theirs.
  
  I can surely say that if I'm ever in the market for an RV I'll go here first as they have a clear dedication to the consumer. Thanks Getaway!

  Jason and the team at Get-Away did a fantastic job repairing my Lance camper. I had damage all over the camper - both sides covered in scratches, a hole in the skin on the underside above the truck cab, and I had also damaged the roof membrane. When I picked it, up I thought they had replaced the whole camper! The repairs were perfect and there was no sign of the damage. They provided excellent customer service all along the way - right from when I first showed up unannounced with a damaged camper until the day I picked it up. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

  I’ve been very pleased with the high level of friendly service I’ve received from Get-Away RV centre. From the initial sale as well as from the service department. They have been a pleasure to deal with and a breath of fresh air as good, friendly service seems hard to find these days.

  My wife and I just purchased an Apex Nano trailer from Getaway and our entire experience has been fantastic, from the early questions and negotiating with Victor to the ease with which Gerald arranged our financing with the lowest interest rate imaginable and finally to the delightful two hours spent with Jamie our RV "Yoda" who trained us in the ways of connecting, setting up, operating and being in awe of our new home away from home. And did I mention, the incredible over-the-counter experience I had with Jason and the parts guys in the shop? They treated us like royalty! I can tell that no matter what issues arise in the future stemming from our utter lack of RV experience, the team at Getaway will have our backs. Go to Getaway!
