After the inspection was done, he fully explained the results of my report and answered any questions I had. His rates were also the best offered after comparing to a few others. I fully recommend Grant and his company for any type of home inspection needs.

Grant was quick to respond and managed to get us scheduled with a tight time-line before the holidays and answered all our questions and Lloyd did a thorough inspection for our condo building inspection and did a great job explaining everything to us. Prices are also very reasonable! Thank you!

Grant was extremely polite,friendly, professional, and quick to reply to any questions that we had. I really appreciated the detailed notes and photos he took of the home during his inspection and the time he took to explain where the issues were in the home.His report is extremely well organized and simple to understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a thorough home inspection!
