(August 11, 2020, 5:33 pm)The absolute best customer service that I have ever seen in retail service. I broke my glasses during the lockdown. The work they did for me to get new glasses at a price that there was no way they made profit. Their only concern was getting me my glasses and then to top it off, they were delivered to me Fed Ex. They never asked me to pay. Ask for Karen she went way beyond the line of customer service, I can not thank you enough.

My 9 year old had his eyes tested for the first time this summer, and I was very impressed with the way Dr. Chan interacted with him. She was also very good at explaining things to me after. I really enjoy our visits here.
