He made me feel like a friend and not a customer. He answered every one of my questions simplistically and informatively. Left the store with an unbelievable deal on a phone and a few other awesome accecoties that were also marked down. I would rate Gavin’s service higher than 5 stars if I could and can assure you I will be back for any other tech needs I have. Thank you Gavin!
