(March 26, 2023, 5:44 pm)After I had a horrible experience with hertz leaving my family stranded in the Abbotsford airport. Clearway rentals was amazing to accommodate us in such short notice. I highly recommend using this company if you ever plan to go to the Fraser valley or even lower mainland. They have outstanding customer service and there prices beat hertz. All hertz does is hertz your emotions and wallet go with clearway. I will see you guys for sure the next time I’m in Abbotsford thank you for everything!

Highly recommend.
Used a one ton van with roll up door and ramp to move my dad's one bedroom with lots of extra space.

(September 25, 2022, 3:49 am)I have dealt with Clearway in the past through the organization I used to volunteer at.That would have been 5 or 6 yrs ago. We always had close to excellent service.
2 Small hiccups not a deal breaker.Today, I rented a vehicle for personal use. I phoned Clearway 2 days in advance. They didn't have the vehicle I initially was looking for. The representative put me on hold to check what they have that suits my need. She (sorry I forgot her name)found 1 last vehicle available. Better vehicle & better price. I went to the office to do paperwork & to see the alternative. (I'm a visual person). It was almost closing time, the staff was not hurried, she was cheerful ,patient with all my queries.The vehicle was clean inside out. Great customer service Clearway! Keep the good work. My one wish," discount for seniors " like me. Low fixed income doesn't go far. -

Clearway team was patient and helpful with all our calls and emails to make sure it met our needs and at a fair price. Ultimately our vacation was successful and everyone had a good time. Lots of space, clean, drove comfortably, good enough tech (bluetooth, cruise, A/C etc). Thank you!
