All stages of the auction were performed on time and flawlessly, making the entire process easy for clearing out my mothers apartment. Highly recommended.

The online auction went very well, and the pick up day went off without a hitch too. It was the best decision to chose West Coast Downsizing Solution.

(February 2, 2021, 10:27 pm)Maureen helped me from Ontario to start the ball in motion when my late mother in laws house sold in the lower mainland of BC, and we needed to empty out the contents. Timely phone calls and emails, and upon arriving in BC - Maureen took care of everything, staging items, posting pictures on line and once the on line auction closed, Maureen was on site for pick up and delivery. This is a very timely service from start to finish responsive, and professional and really facilitated a safe secure and speedy wrap up of contents auction.
