(May 19, 2021, 2:05 am)Sam and his crew from Back 40 Landscaping replaced a rotten and fallen wooden retaining wall with a beautiful Allan Block wall. I found everyone to be very polite, curtiuos and extremely professional. They all worked hard and took pride in their work. Sam was meticulous placing each Allan block. He strove for perfection and the finished wall exceeded my expectations. Sam and Natasha were wonderful and helped to make this a great experience. Thank you to every at Back 40 Landscaping for my beautiful new wall!

Sam and his crew are open communicators, professional and courteous to the client and residents of the community they’re working in.

Sam was honest right from the get go, arriving when he said, staying in touch about deliveries and work schedule. While our job mainly focused on gravel and prepping for a new greenhouse....the work was well done and I would highly recommend his company

(December 20, 2020, 6:19 am)I hired Back 40 to redo my residential lawn in Vancouver and it looks phenomenal. I tried for years to fix my lawn myself to no avail. My lawn had dirt patches and weeds everywhere prior to hiring them. The staff was EXTREMELY knowledgable about lawn repair and lawn care. They came over and did the work fast and efficiently while still paying attention to small details. I am very happy I hired them and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. I will post photos of my lawn in the spring to show it off!

He manages our yearly grass needs, from fertilizing and weed management, to regular maintenance. He’s taken on large projects and small for us. Every job he does is handled with precision and care. He loves what he does and it shows. When you need him he’s there. His communication is excellent. Don’t hesitate to call him. You won’t be disappointed.
