(March 11, 2019, 11:17 am)In the months leading up to a recent purchase the experience was very low pressure and customer service focused. During the actual purchase phase this continued with the feel of the dealership being one that focused on the customer. The level of service we received from Kyle was exceptional from start to finish. On one occasion when he wasn't available and we had questions we had equally customer focused service from Brad. When it came to the purchase itself Jennifer was first rate in taking care of the paperwork. I haven't met the service team as yet but if what I have experienced so far is any indication it too will be customer focused. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abbotsford Hyundai or purchase another vehicle from them.

He was able to answer all my questions took the time to answer my questions and there was no high pressure sales tactics. When I picked up my vehicle he took the time to introduce me to everyone in the service department. They are all friendly and willing to help make your buying experience a pleasure.
