Rob and Tim presented a fair quote, completed their work on schedule, solved problems as they arose, and they were very responsive to our questions. thinkBright Homes works with a lot of trades, and Kootenay Contracting have been some of the best to work with.

They kept us in the loop and walked us through the entire process. The work was great quality and the team was trustworthy and respectful of our home and our time. We would highly recommend them as we will definitely use them again in the future.

Once I decided to hire them they scheduled the work shortly after, and got the project done ahead of schedule and under budget. They were professional, courteous, and the quality and craftsmanship was exceptional. I would not hesitate to hire them for any job again big or small. The best part was their communication, there were no surprises, no hidden costs, and what was discussed was exactly what was provided.
