Throughout the entire process Christine provided superb customer service! She was very attentive and prompt in answering all of our questions, which can be a challenge when dealing with a larger group. She even reached out upon our return to see how our trip went. I highly recommend this travel agency, they won't disappoint! I'm already planning my next trip with them. :)
