He provided us additional information on utility providers and was willing to go the extra mile for us when I found out that our condo was having exterior work done on it prior to our possession date. Tracy was highly professional throughout our dealings, providing excellent advice and communicating regularly. We found her very responsive, and patient with us throughout the experience.

Working with Tracy Carson has been a real pleasure. She is personable and a lot of fun to work with. She took the time with us to figure out what kind of home we were looking for - in the end it turned out she knew us better than we knew ourselves! We have a home away from home that is perfect for us and if it wasn’t for her perseverance we would have missed out. Tracy’s diligence protected our interests fully, we felt secure during the purchase from start to finish. She made herself fully available to us for any questions or requests on properties. We were high needs through our purchase but she never put in less than 110% on our behalf. We won’t hesitate to call on Tracy again for buying or selling. We highly recommend her.

We especially appreciated the effort she made to keep us informed of the interest our house was generating while on the market, of the timely appointments she made for viewings and of course her ready assistance while the sale was being completed. She also made the transition out of the house easy.
It was a very positive experience to work with Tracy and we highly recommend her to home sellers and buyers.
