Briefly, Lindsay Glassford is awesome.
In detail, Lindsay is a compassionate professional that cares about finding the right approach to deal with the issue going on with your feet. She made a very complete assessment of my feet, with gait analysis, a whole hour for the first appointment. I must say it was refreshing after having seen a podiatrist that literally spent 10mins with me.
Of course, the orthotics she made are far better than the one I previously received from the podiatrist. They are causing no pain and I would say even are comfortable to wear on the first day! Also, let's say we need to adjust them to have the perfect fit (because we all know that orthotics could be tricky to adjust in the fine details), I'm sure she will be there to help me. If you are looking for a knowledgeable professional that really cares, Lindsay Glassford is your girl!
