It helped me to process grief and re-establish a sense of control in my life and over situations. Cheryl is both professional and caring creating a comfortable working relationship. I highly recommend Cheryl for those that are going through a different time.

(February 6, 2021, 4:25 pm)My teenage son has issues with anxiety, it is a real struggle. Cheryl was able to alleviate a lot of his worries and concerns with EMDR treatment. She has a wonderful professional and positive disposition which makes you feel like you are in good hands. The zoom sessions with her have been a great success.

(February 5, 2021, 6:20 pm)Both my daughter and myself have seen Cheryl. She is kind and considerate and very open. It is easy to see that she wants the best for her clients, whether that is continuing treatment with her or helping you find someone more suitable. She is an excellent counsellor and guide and I always feel in control of my sessions. The EMDR therapy is phenomenal, I feel much more in control of myself and my emotions. I would highly recommend her for work with children, and anyone with trauma related PTSD. She has a varied toolkit and won't rest until she finds what will work for you.

(February 5, 2021, 12:09 am)Cheryl brings a range of tools and techniques to sessions along with a flexibility and willingness to be adaptable. The combination means that if something isn't working, there are plenty of other things to try - all with the goal of resolving issues and traumas - not just managing them. She's patient and kind, but also willing to challenge how one thinks about their circumstances - it's always about moving forward, not being stuck in unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior. Her work with EMDR facilitates rapid and significant progress and is highly recommended for anyone who continues to struggle with any manner of trauma.
If you bring an open mind and have a willingness to step outside your comfort zone - as well as some patience in trying a couple different tools and techniques - I think you will be surprised at the progress you can make towards truly resolving issues - not just finding a way to live with them. -

I am much more at peace. I felt so much better I brought both my children to see her for help with some of their fears and happy to report they both are doing great as well.
