(December 13, 2022, 5:27 pm)I had a new tenant moving in and my toilet broke in my rental unit! I was out of town and out of options and Coppertip did me a solid and squeezed me into their busy schedule the next day. Super appreciated. Totally saved my butt!

(October 13, 2021, 6:51 pm)We have used Copper Tip on multiple occasions since 2019, when we started experiencing a variety of issues with our newly built home. They have helped us out locating and repairing gas leaks, repairing and ultimately replacing our defective boiler, rebalancing the distribution of our in-floor heating, and replacing/repairing our rain shower. They also located the source of a leak in our entertainment room ceiling, and facilitate the repair. They will also be installing our back up generator in the spring.
We would recommend Copper Tip to anyone, and completely trust in their service and professionalism. Mike and Chuck and the team go above and beyond in meeting their customers' needs. They are a high value service and we are very grateful we found them.
