(May 12, 2023, 7:21 pm)I broke my wrist and Catherine was there to help me through the process. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me get back to work on schedule. My job requires me to have full function with my wrist and cannot be modified. Catherine helped me have a speedy recovery and back to work with minimal issues after a traumatic experience.

From the moment I reached out, Catherine was prompt to book an initial assessment, and subsequent follow up visits.
Her clinical skills are top notch!!
She helped set me up with a treatment plan /exercises that felt realistic and achievable.
Her positive personality is motivating and helped me to stay positive and focus on my recovery ( I had a meniscus tear and complete ACL tear) A added bonus -she visits in your home.
