(December 4, 2022, 2:54 am)I never thought I needed a travel agent. I’ve always booked my trips on my own. When my son booked with Lori I thought ok well it is far away so that’s fine. Not know what was to come.
In a full emergent situation, hospitalization of my son, insurance, needing to book a repatriation flight home for him. Lori jumped into action without a question. Flights were booked instantly. Then came the nightmare of aircanada but instead of Lori Saying call them and figure it out she was on hold until 8pm that night telling me step by step what needed to happen. We texted until 12am when he got the all clear go fly. She texted me back at 6am and there after until my sons feet hit the Canadian soil again. I will NEVER underestimate the power of a travel agent and nor should you. Lori knows her stuff and when push comes to shove she does the latter and actually cares while doing it. We could not have got him back as quick as we did and it was 110% because of Lori at Mountain high travel -
