(August 9, 2018, 3:59 pm)Cook's was the extremely helpful in getting our power back on in Ridgemont. We have a 40+ year old electric panel and the Main Breaker would not reset. I left a message after hours on voicemail, Andy called back early the next morning, had the part in inventory, in hand to confirm, and installed before 9 AM the next morning.
