I had the absolute best experience at Birch Meadows Lodge. I had my wedding here and the scenery is absolutely stunning and the host was very accommodating and just amazing! Even though they get lots of weddings, Sonya made me feel so special and she was so excited for me. I highly recommend Birch Meadows Lodge for your next getaway or wedding!

A secluded Alpine inspired B&B. Setting is mountainside forest. The steep drive from the hiway to the resort requires AWD or 4x4 type traction. Side by side 1 bdrm cedar chalets are simply appointed. Room and kitchen are clean. Breakfast was good, nutritious and ready to eat at the time ordered the night before. Hosts are easy and accomodating. Hot tub is a bit of a walk during winter while in your robe, bring outdoor clothes you can slip on/off easily for the back and forth trip. Is about 5 minute drive to ski hill and about 10 minutes to Fernie. This is a get away from life type spot, no cable TV or wifi. Bring a book, binoculars/camera, some worthy small fridge fare, maybe some mood music and a bottle of wine ... your set.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Birch Meadows Lodge B & B and booked our next visit before we departed. Sonya and Marcel are incredible hosts and we can't wait to return this winter. The log chalets are beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Their property is very private and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Breakfast is always served hot and fresh. The servings are individually prepared for each guests and they also accommodated our dietary restrictions. We never had the same breakfast twice during our stay and we truly enjoyed every meal. We had an exceptional experience overall and would highly recommend Sonya and Marcel's place to friends and family.

Quiet little cabin tucked away off the highway! The owners were very accommodating and friendly. Our breakfasts are hearty and a great way to start the day. Would recommend to anyone looking for the peace and quiet aspect that the mountains have to offer!
