He was welcoming and friendly, and it made our stay extremely pleasant, especially with the beautiful view we had overlooking the valley. We stay here often, and it was the best yet. . Thanks Dan and the wonderful office staff. -

(May 29, 2023, 2:36 pm)It was a beautiful place to stay, surrounded by the mountains! We really enjoyed the hot springs pools, which were so relaxing! It was nice to have a pool accessible by hotel guests only, as the public ones can be busy during the peak hours. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience overall.

(April 20, 2023, 1:41 pm)Came between seasons to spend a day in the pools. The pools are fantastic any time of year. The lodgings are getting a little worn for wear but are still quite nice. Lots of things do on-site and in the nearby area. Managed to do a little early spring hiking. Restaurants on-site can be quite busy so you may want to consider reservations. Definitely would consider coming back and would recommend to others.

(March 24, 2023, 4:37 am)I've been going to Fairmont Hot Springs my entire life! This place is amazing, the water in the pool is clean and fresh! The location is absolutely perfect for all seasons, spring, summer, fall and winter!
They continue to update the the resort yet maintain the look and feel of its heritage! I highly recommend bringing the entire family, the kids love the big water slide and the swim time while we enjoy soaking in the hot pools. The dining is moderately priced so the whole family can enjoy wonderful meals without breaking the bank.
Keep up the great work Fairmont!

(January 18, 2023, 9:25 pm)We enjoyed a family trip here last spring and had good enough time to return this year for another trip. The hotel is a little dated, but it was clean and beds were comfortable. The food was good bit a bit basic but tasted good and there was nice service. We had the kitchenette and decided to do only breakfasts and lunches in the room this trip and not attempt to do supper, it's a bit too simple for us to enjoy using it for more complex meals. If the hotel was all modernized and fancier, then the price would go up. We are happy with the value we're getting and really, it's the hot springs we come for.
