Second time they called to ask if we could move our appt later because someone was having a plumbing/septic emergency which was absolutely fine!(We’ve been there) 10/10 would recommend.

(May 18, 2023, 2:26 am)After dealing with 2 other local plumbers previously, I was looking for a company that would be honest, and fair with their service and pricing. After reading through the reviews I decided to give Roto Rooter in Cranbrook a call to fix a hot water tank issue I've been dealing with. Ashley was very nice to deal with and even had me send photos of my tank to her personal phone to insure the correct part was ordered. Dan was on time, efficient, took the time to give me a call while I was at work to explain things to me, and put effort into properly diagnosing the 2 issues we had. Pricing is very fair, I was shocked! Looks like I've found my new go to plumber when the need arises. Highly recommended. Thanks guys! 👍🏻

(April 11, 2023, 1:34 pm)Basement was flooding everytime we used water anywhere in house. Called them, they were here a few hours later. Took about 30 minutes and all fixed. The employee was super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. Was only 175 bucks as well.

(March 11, 2023, 3:14 am)Brian was awesome, he explained everything he was doing, showed me what our pipes looked like all the way into the city main in the street which was really cool, gave me a ton of tips to keep them in tip top condition as well as pointers for when we go away on vacation. I highly recommend Brian!

Came out and solved a problem with my toilet that a previous plumber installed and Dan told us they did it wrong (and he didn't bash the person who did it thanks for that!!). He went above and beyond what we expected and didn't charge for a lot of the time he spent working on this. It should've been a 1 hour job but the poor job the previous plumbing company did made it go to 4 hours. RR only charged us for 2 hours and his travel rate was phenomenal 👏🏻 Best service!!!
