(August 19, 2022, 10:52 pm)i have been shopping at this store for the past 2+ years. i live on an acreage 82 km outside of Cranbrook. I buy products for my neighbours, all seniors. To be clear, there are several cannabis stores which are located closer to my house, but i make the effort to drive the extra distance (165 km) to go to Clarity Cannabis, 1325B Cranbrook Street, Cranbrook for one reason: Chris M. Chris is a wonderful young man. He's exciting to talk with, he knows heaps and heaps about cannabis - health benefits, history, optimal usage, which products are best for certain conditions...this young man knows his trade! He’s a walking encyclopedia. He remembers me, an old lady, every time. He is always positive, helpful, kind and cheerful. He remained positive throughout the so-called "covid pandemic". He brightens my day when I see him. He's always able to answer my many questions, and he thoughtfully tailors the purchases for each person I buy for, depending on their needs and preferences. Chris takes great pride in his work and his store. Chris is an intelligent, sophisticated and knowledgeable young man and a +1, top shelf employee. The store looks great, comfortable and sophisticated, and the products are great, but really, I’m not there for the ambience of the store or the products in particular. Indeed, I could purchase the exact same products at any of the other stores that are close to my house. But in this day, and in my old age, I prefer to shop where people know me, and where I feel great after talking to the person who just helped me with my purchase. That is why I am taking the time to write this glowing review for Chris today. I support him 100%. The world needs more people like Chris. Pura vida!

(April 19, 2022, 7:23 pm)Absolute amazing store, all the products are intelligently organized for the ease of the customer, there are also awesome information centers where you can learn about exactly what you need and what is available to you. The manager Chris is an absolute joy and brings so much positive energy and charisma to the store, can't wait to visit the next time we're in town! Highly recommended!
