(February 3, 2023, 7:22 pm)I called today asking where I could order a part for my cooktop that I had purchased from them in 2007. They looked up my purchase found the model and serial number and they contacted their supplier. They called me back within a few minutes and gave me the name of the distribution centre that handles the parts. Very fast and pleasant experience excellent service.

(October 24, 2021, 7:29 pm)Large selection. Nice furniture, can be costly, if your looking for discount furniture go elsewhere. Staff is friendly and professional. I like how they aren't following you around and hounding you like at other furniture stores.

(September 30, 2020, 12:59 pm)The delivery was a challenge getting the furniture in in our house. Delivery guys were patient, polite, hard working, and didn’t give up. They were wore masks and gloves. We bought the furniture just as the Covid crisis exploded. The store was very patient with us and did a great job of accommodating us through this. Sales people were helpful and let us shop at our pace. Furniture is good quality, comfortable, and just what we wanted. Pricing was good. Really good store that focuses on taking care of the customer.

The selection of quality, Canadian-made furniture is impressive, and the prices were very reasonable. We were especially pleased with Sheri's friendly and helpful customer service! Despite a very busy black Friday sale, she took the time to answer all of our questions, and even stayed after hours to help us finish all the paperwork. Thank you for helping us put together our first home!
