(August 1, 2022, 11:40 pm)Russ conducted a fantastic inspection of our new home. He was friendly, thorough and very knowledgable. At the end of the inspection, he took us through a presentation on his laptop with photos and explained to us what he saw and answered our questions. The next day, he sent us a written inspection report that contained helpful graphics and references. I highly recommend Russ and Barnes & Co. for a home inspection. We were impressed!

He was always approachable during the inspection and happy to answer any questions. His report was incredibly detailed. He walked us through everything in the report, and as first-time potential home owners explained everything to us in incredible detail as well as explaining all of our possible next steps. 100% recommend.

The reports are extremely informative, clear and concise. Furthermore if you have any questions after the fact he is readily available to offer advise and further direction. Extremely pleased and worth every penny! Do yourself a favor and hire him!
