(January 14, 2022, 7:07 am)I have had no issues with this building or tenants. There is a gym, dog wash, community room, community garden and little dog park. The building is clean and well maintained. The manager is awesome.

(December 14, 2020, 4:37 am)My family has lived here since the day the building opened. We have nothing but the utmost pleasure to live in such a clean and beautiful building. Not only has the staff been super amazing, the tenants are as well. This building is quiet (some noises from above, but tolerable), safe and family oriented! I would highly recommend Timber Terrace when looking for a great place to live in Duncan.
