His presentation of the inspection was honest, straightforward and he was very patient and informative when posed with many questions. He provided great insight into areas of concern. I have great confidence in his abilities and would highly recommend his services.

(June 10, 2022, 2:15 am)We are moving from NS to BC and we found a home that we loved, wanted to make an offer and Pierce was sent to our rescue! We didn’t have any expectations or know what to expect as this is our first house inspection and all I can say is Wow! Pierce was super thorough, I would have never picked up on the things he found. He sat down with us and walked us through every detailed step of the inspection! He was very honest with us and listed the fixes in order of urgency, what should be fixed and what could wait. When the inspection was complete, he sat in the driveway in his car and within minutes the inspection report was in our email to review! Pierce made the process super easy to follow and provided a very detailed but yet easily understandable report. If you ever need a house inspection, pierce is you guy!
