(June 1, 2022, 5:01 am)Some workers are nice and polite and quick but some workers keep adding more minutes of wait even though I already waited half hour extra than I was told. But there is one driver who knows I was a usual because I take it once in a while for work 👍🏽

(November 16, 2021, 5:32 am)Wait times are longer than usual these days... Having only three cab companies in Duncan exasperates that problem exponentially...
Great drivers, friendly dispatcher most of the time which is rare... But if you have to be wherever at a certain time plan WAY ahead. You could be waiting anywhere from 30-90 mins. depending on the weather, the day, the time... Even WHERE your trip requires you be taken can determine how they prioritize your call, which obviously determines your overall wait time. Please consider booking in considerable advance if you're using it to get to work, school, job... Or any where else that you may need to go if time is a deciding factor for you.
