(February 17, 2022, 8:50 am)Easily the best barber located in the Cowichan Valley. Always very energetic and professional. Derick takes pride in his work and it shows. Always open to suggestions and provides A-1 services. Derick uses top of the line products and tools, combined with his expertise. Although 44 Collective is home-based, the minute you walk in you'd never know it was. Dericks shop has a very modern feel but, with subtle hints of a retro barbershop. Would recommend anyone to Derick!

(February 17, 2022, 8:30 am)I was in Victoria for a week on a business trip and a friend of mine suggested to see Derick in Duncan (45 minute drive.) I was a bit hesitant to drive that far for a haircut but I DO NOT REGRET it at all!!! I probably got the best haircut of my life, Derick gave me the best fade and sharpest beard lineup ever! If I lived in Victoria I would drive to Duncan every week to get a cut from him! Starting from the consultation to the end product there was not one moment where Derick wasn't attentive to my preference and opinion on every detail! You can tell he loves what he does and he does it with love! Best barber in Duncan!
