(September 1, 2019, 1:47 am)Have been going there for a number of years in the summer when away from home. This year last visit the tech. was very rude to my wife in front of our friend who went with her considering our pet is 12 years old and is very docile and known to the staff. I went in the next day and expressed my feelings on this matter and it has been dealt with, hopefully next visit will be as pleasant as in times past.
