Easy to coordinate, reasonably priced, and the inspection was very thorough. We also received a very detailed report to keep for our records. Would definitely recommend!

(August 13, 2020, 12:52 am)We lucked out; being from out of town and only being around for one day after we wrote an offer on a house, we called Ed for a pre-purchase home inspection. He just had a cancellation, so he was able to come out the next morning at 8 ! We showed up closer to Ed being done, and walked through the house with him. After that, he guided us through the pictures he took.
Ed knows what he's talking about. Very knowledgeable and easy-going, able to explain home-inspection-stuff in terms anyone can understand. Would definitely use Ed again. -

He also took the time to ensure I understood all aspects and issues brought up in the inspection, and was super helpful in answering my questions on proactive repairs. When I later had a question regarding my property, he replied promptly and didn’t leave me hanging. I really appreciated the service supplied. Thx again Ed.
