(October 9, 2022, 3:42 am)Ryan is honest, hardworking, professional, personable, knowledgeable and offers a wide range of workmanship for great value. Communication is key for us and both the office and Ryan are prompt with responding to inquiries (not matter how big or small). There were no hidden financial surprises because his expenses were explained honestly and in detail, in advance. I, as a women, particularly appreciate not feeling like I’m having something “man-splained” to me, so thank you Ryan - ladies you know exactly what I’m talking about 😉 We have contracted Ryan twice already and plan to use him for many years to come!!

(June 8, 2022, 1:16 am)I had an addition completed in my home, a carport conversion specifically. This was a major undertaking, as it was my retirement money that I used. It was all inspected by the city, and a legal addition. I could not have been more happy with Ryan on many levels…. He build a rock solid addition…. It is bullet proof 4 years later….. he was professional and flexible on any issues that arose …. But most important he cared about me as a human being that I was happy with the project …. Thank you Ryan for your excellent work on my home!!
