(May 15, 2019, 6:37 pm)Etsuko is a wonderful yoga instructor! Every class is dynamic, unique and the routine changes to focus on different areas. For me some postures are very challenging but I always leave the class with a positive and relaxed frame of mind, plus my core and cardio have improved notably in the past few months. I highly recommended signing up for classes at Yoga Luna.
