It was all done clean and professionally the salesman was knowledgeable walked us through everything. Thank you we are warm now and looking forward to the cooling this summer.

But Jasper from Westisle showed up on day promised and had the new system up and running on day two with only a few hours interruption in heating (good, since it was December!).

Both the inside and outside units were installed perfectly and are running well. I particularly appreciated both Kyle and Robin going the extra mile and allowing me to prepaint the outside duct casing before it was installed.

The tech has always been respectful, shown us exactly what was needed done before maintenance started. Yes, we are still "thinking" about the ductless, lol
