Talk with the guys at the front desk about what you are trying to achieve, they won’t try and sell you on stuff you don’t need.

The staff is great. They are very friendly. They are knowledgeable about the supplements they sell. If you any questions about the equipment or you are doing something wrong, they will take the time to help you out.
Olympic, has a wild diversity of clientele. It is not just a men's grunt gym,. Women and seniors work out there, as well. The way they have the equipment laid out; it isn't intimidating. -
