(August 8, 2021, 11:35 pm)I have lived at Duncan Manor for about 5 years. Friendly staff or other assistance is available 24/7. Units are smallish, easy to maintain & have ample light. Free hot water & heating is a bonus. Cable included. It is close to amenities and the flat area makes walking easy. A diverse population adds to the character. I look forward to seeing the redevelopment in the next 2 years.
