In both workshops she demonstrated in depth knowledge of how fermenting foods/drinks can improve your diet and lifestyle. I was blown away with the information I learned and since then I have been regularly making fermented products in my home. Thank you Andrea for opening the door into a healthier lifestyle for my family and I. I can't wait to attend more of your workshops!!

Andrea is a wealth of information, a natural leader, and has a wonderful way of inspiring her students to go deeper. The depth of her knowledge was astounding, and being in Andrea's space- her gardens in her own yard- just felt really special. Thanks so much Andrea! You can count on me signing up for more workshops!
