(February 20, 2019, 5:46 pm)I knew that wait times can be long at peak times if you don’t have an appointment, but l was lucky that they were able to get my winter tires on right away. I mentioned an enrelated brake problem. They did an inspection and offered to quote. They gave excellent tire advice (mine are old and getting hard and brittle) and they called me with a reasonable quote to fix the brakes and another for new tires for next season. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

(February 16, 2019, 4:09 pm)Wonderful service at KalTire in Duncan. Every employee I interacted with was fantastic when I bought new tires and had them put on my car. A few months later I had a low tire pressure sensor on my front passenger tire and after a little investigation discovered a rusty nail in the tire (UGH!). So I called Kal Tire and they said come in whenever they would fix it in an hour. Which they did and what I didn’t realize was it was covered under warranty because I bought my tires there! Thank you Kal Tire!

They provided me excellent advise regarding a flat tire I had and ensured I would not have any future problems after running over a nail. I will always buy my tires from here and would recommend them to everyone.
