My L'Equip RPM blender had an issue so it was very convenient to take it back to Healthy Kitchens vs shipping it off to Bosch. Unfortunately they did not make the part anymore to repair or replace the jug; however, the warranty is so fabulous on the L'Equip RPM blender, I received a whole new updated version. I'm over the moon.
