(October 26, 2018, 11:22 pm)Cindy is professional and talented. A haircut starts with a killer shampoo and ends with a shoulder massage. I feel and look 10 years younger every time I leave Rumours. Very affordable given the quality, time and care that Cindy takes with each client. Our whole family goes to Cindy (she is great with kids too). If you time it right you may even get to play with some puppies!

(March 3, 2018, 7:49 pm)I has my nose and my nipples pierced by Cindy. She was extremely caring, kind and precise. I also found her to be quite generous as well, changing the bar in one of my piercings and sending me home with several different sized bars at no charge when one nipple wasn't healing as well as the other, and required more space in the jewelry.
I've seen her interact with several of her hair clients. She seems to put a lot of care into her relarionships and have a very happy, loyal following.
The shop is great boutique to hunt for treasures in as well. Lots of beautiful, unique pieces of clothing, decor and jewelry.
The only draw back is that there is only one Cindy! ????
Also, if you're going in for something like a nipple piercing, the curtains that section off the piercing section have some peekable cracks... So if you're shy, it may be a little awkward. I'm not, so it wasn't an issue for me... But I definitely made eye contact with a man who was waiting for his haircut! ???? -
