  My husband and I used to go here for ice cream in 2017, back when we lived in Shawnigan briefly. Ice cream was always fantastic, and the flavors were amazing! Tonight we were in town visiting a friend and wanted to stop by for the yummy burgers we remembered having over a year ago. It was super busy (Saturday night on a long weekend, so it makes sense) and the young women working the counter were running around, putting orders together, answering phones, etc. They apologized for the wait multiple times (which was actually a reasonable wait time considering the quality of the food and being so busy), and even offered us a free extra drink for being so patient. Told them no need! The wait wasn't bothersome and it's worth it anyway to get the quality of food and service they provide. Truly delicious burgers! I can confidently say that their food is in my top 5 on the island. We appreciate the quality, excellent customer service, and work ethic of your staff!

  I ordered my sushi, it came 45 later, they gave my order to the wrong person so I made her go back and deliver it again and they forgot half of it. Other experiences have been great
